Needly Panthenol Water Gel Cream is a lightweight, water-infused gel cream designed to moisturise and protect the skin barrier. This cream feels extremely cooling and light on the skin, perfect for those with oily skin or prefer a light cooling sensation. Needly Panthenol Water Gel Cream is an intense skin barrier protection gel-cream that contains D-Panthenol (Vitamin B5) with green microalgae moisture energy, Desertica. Brightening and Wrinkle Improvement Dual function only with EWG green grade ingredients. Low pH level 5.5±1.0. Free of alcohol, synthetic colourants, and synthetic fragrances. Dermatologist tested by the Korea Testing & Research Institute.
